This award-winning healthy Pecan Brown Butter Granola gets its nice caramel flavour from the brown butter, is chock-full of healthy stuff like sunflower seeds, oats, wheat germ, sesame seeds, chia, and coconut, minus the preservatives. It doesn’t take long to make and is the perfect busy morning breakfast food.
Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats
½ cup sunflower seeds
2 tbsp chia seeds
½ cup sesame seeds
1/3 cup finely shredded coconut
1/3 cup chopped pecans
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup wheat germ
1/3 cup brown butter
2 tbsp milk
½ cup honey
1/4 tsp salt
