1 (400g) bag glutinous rice flour
2 tsp baking powder
A pinch of sea salt
1 (400mL) can coconut milk
⅔ cup maple syrup or honey
⅓ cup coconut oil, melted
Red bean paste, lotus seed paste, black sesame paste etc., for filling (optional)
Large shredded coconut flakes, for topping (optional)
