Filling:
¾ cup (150 g) brown sugar
¼ cup (50 g) sugar
2 tsp (10 g) ground cinnamon
¼ tsp (1 g) ground cloves
Pinch of salt
2 Tbsp (28 g) unsalted butter, melted
Icing:
1 cup (128 g) powdered sugar
2 Tbsp (28 g) mascarpone cheese
2 Tbsp (30 mL) buttermilk
