Carrot Halwa with kova

I made it in bulk for my son’s birthday. Carrot Halwa is a most favorite dessert for all. Its perfect to enjoy warm carrot halwa along with a scoop of Vanilla Ice cream 🙂
Carrot – 1 kg grated
Sugar – 750 gm (adjust to your taste)
Milk – 500 ml
Ghee – 200 ml
Kova – 200 gm
Cardamom – 1/4 tsp freshly crushed
Dry fruits – Cashew nut, chopped almonds, pistachio
