Ingredients
6 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup milk (regular, almond, whatever you like)
2 eggs
3 medium very ripe bananas, mashed
1¾ cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
½ cup finely chopped cashews
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen, if frozen don’t bother defrosting)
