Chai Tea Latte

Chai Tea Latte – with salted caramel sauce will warm you on a frosty winter day

1 cup water
2 black tea bags
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp ground cardamom
¼ tsp ground allspice
a pinch of ground nutmeg
a pinch of ground black pepper
1 cup milk
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp caramel sauce or regular caramel sauce

TOPPING:
whipped cream or topping
salted caramel sauce
a dash of ground nutmeg
