Champagne poached pears folded in a crepe and served with champagne syrup and ice cream.
Ingredients
Blender Crepes:
1⅓ cups milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons (42 grams) unsalted butter, melted
3 large eggs
1 tablespoon sugar
pinch of salt
Champagne Poached Pears:
750ml champagne
2 cups water
1 cup sugar
½ vanilla bean, sliced in half lengthwise
5 pears, peeled
To serve
Vanilla ice cream
