150g chestnut flour
100g whole wheat flour
A pinch of salt
2 eggs
1tbsp sunflower oil
500ml rice milk (or other plant milk)
150g fresh soft goat’s cheese
4tbsp almond butter
¼ red cabbage, shredded
2 handfuls lamb’s lettuce
1 red apple, cored and sliced
Coconut oil
