1/2 cup of flax seed
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp psyllium husk
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
4 tbsp rolled oats
2 tbsp tomato puree
1 tbsp dried herbs (I used herbes de provence)
1 cup of water
chili, salt, pepper
