Ingredients
Mushrooms
1 cup dried porcinis (or other dried mushroom)
2 cups very hot water
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 large yellow onion, finely minced
8 ounces cremini mushrooms, quartered
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon flour
1/4 cup white wine
Chickpea Puree
3 cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed, 1/2 cup canning liquid reserved
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 large yellow onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
