Ingredients
Chipotle BBQ Seasoning – Yields ½ cup Seasoning
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
2 Tbs + 2 tsp smoked paprika
1 Tbs Kosher salt
1 tsp dry yellow mustard
1 tsp chipotle chili flakes or chipotle powder
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
¼ tsp cinnamon
4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1 Tbs olive oil
