Chocolate-Dipped Chewy Granola Bars

These wholesome honey-sweetened cranberry granola bars are done in 30 minutes and don’t have to be baked! Packed with whole grains and topped with dark chocolate, they’re perfect for an on-the-go breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
1 cup (50 g) flake cereal (like Special K, can also use rice puffs)
¾ cup (70 g) rolled oats
⅔ cup (125 g) packed dried cranberries
½ cup (30 g) unsweetened coconut flakes
⅓ cup (75 g) fine/medium grind bulgur (can also use quinoa)
¼ cup (30 g) pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
¼ cup (30 g) sunflower seed kernels
½ cup (118 mL) honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 bar (200 g) dark chocolate
