Chocolate Peanut Butter Chia Pudding Protein Parfaits

Chocolate Peanut Butter Chia Pudding Parfaits assembled with layers of the chocolate peanut butter chia pudding and peanut butter banana nice-cream (YUM) and topped it off with peanut butter and mini chocolate chips.

For the Chocolate Peanut Butter Chia Pudding:
½ cup chia seeds
2 cups almond milk
1 packet Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Superfood
¼ cup pure maple syrup (optional, but recommended)

For the Peanut Butter Banana Nice-Cream:
3 bananas, sliced and frozen
¼ cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons almond milk

To assemble:
peanut butter
nondairy chocolate chips (I use Enjoy Life brand)
