A plant-based protein packed smoothie with tahini, chia seeds, and cinnamon. Perfect for a snack or sweet treat packed with fiber and protein.
Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I like Sunwarrior- of your choice)
½ to 1 frozen banana (stevia for sugar free version)
1 heaping tablespoon of tahini
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (or to taste)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup ice
