Ingredients

1 cup chopped onion
3 cloves garlic
1 cup cilantro, tender stems included
zest of 1 lemon
2½ cups cooked chickpeas
½ tsp sea salt
2 tsp cumin
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
3 tbsp chickpea flour
