Ingredients
To pressure cook Corn:
Corn cobs /Solakaruthu – 3 nos.
Salt – 1 tbsp
Water – 4 cups
For the Spread:
Butter – 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves (Finely chopped) – 3 tbsp
Chilli flakes – 1 tbsp
Garlic (Crushed) – 1 tbsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
