Corn Fritters

Simple vegan corn and chickpea flour fritters make a great starter or snack at any time of the day.
Ingredients
1/2 cup chickpea flour
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup frozen but thawed sweetcorn
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (divided use)
1 generous pinch of salt
For the sauce:
1 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp unsweetened plain soya yoghurt
salt
3 tbsp water
1 tsp agave syrup or maple syrup
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp capers (optional)
