Ingredients
5-6 leaves of lettuce (i used romaine), washed and dried
juice of 1 lemon, divided (half and half)
1/2 avocado, mashed
1/2 onion, minced
2 small white potatoes, scrubbed/cleaned, halved
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Chinese 5 Spice
2-3 tablespoons of coconut oil
