Ingredients
12 ounces cherry tomatoes, sliced (about 2 cups)
1/2 red onion, diced (about 1/2 cup)
1 bell pepper, diced (about 1 cup)
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 lemons, juiced (about 6 tablespoons)
12 ounces edamame, cooked and cooled
6 ounces crumbled feta (1 1/2 cups)
2 avocados, chopped (about 2 cups)
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
