These easy to make gluten-free, dairy-free, refined-sugar-free, 100 percent vegan flourless blondies contain an entire can of chickpeas and, despite everything we just said, taste absolutely aaaaamazing.
1 can (15 oz) no salt added, chickpeas/garbanzo beans, rinsed well and drained (we used the Wholefoods 365 brand)
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp all natural peanut butter (we used crunchy)
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup vegan chocolate chips, heaping
