This oatmeal is seasonal, delicious, healthy, and best of all – easy!
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup almond milk (or any other type)
1 tsp molasses
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tbsp crystallized ginger (this adds a nice texture to the oatmeal, but substituting ground ginger is fine)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp brown sugar
