1/2 cup of dairy-free milk (I used coconut milk)
1/4 tsp of pure vanilla extract
2 tsp of ground cinnamon
3 to 4 slices of your favorite gluten-free bread*
toppings, such as banana slices, coconut whipped cream, dark chocolate shavings, nut butter, or pure maple syrup
