Gluten-Free Plum Clafoutis

With a name like that, you’d think this was some complicated fancy schmancy twenty step French pastry. It is anything but that. It is made in a blender and you can put it together in 10 minutes.
Ingredients
3 large eggs
2/3 cup dark maple syrup
½ cup non-fat milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon almond extract
½ cup gluten free all-purpose baking mix
1/4 cup almond flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 pound Italian prune plums, pitted and halved
