Fun spin on the traditional dish by using common Greek inspired ingredients!

Ingredients
  • For the tzatziki sauce:
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1/2 medium cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • For the nachos:
  • 3 cups pita chips
  • 1/2 medium cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 3/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/3 cup kalamata olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • tzatziki sauce
