Green Beans with Tangerine Dill Vinaigrette

This is a lovely spring dish of steamed green beans topped with a tangerine dill vinaigrette and crumbled feta cheese.
Ingredients
1 pound green beans, washed and tips sliced off
3 tablespoons tangerine juice
2-1/2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
¼ cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced onion
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1/3 cup red bell pepper, ¼–inch dice
1/3 cup yellow bell pepper, ¼–inch dice
1/3 cup orange bell pepper, ¼–inch dice
5 tablespoons feta cheese, crumbled
1/3 teaspoon sea salt
A pinch of black pepper
Garnish: a couple sprigs of fresh dill, and a couple of wedges of tangerine
