Grilled Summer Vegetables with Apple Mustard Sauce

An easy, 20-minute grilled summer vegetables recipe with an apple mustard dipping sauce. Healthy, delicious and so easy to make!

1 zucchini
1 purple onion
5-10 padrón peppers
5-10 champignons
10-15 cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp olive oil (if you use a grill pan)
1 tbsp summer savory
3 tbsp pine nuts

For the Dip:
3 tbsp applesauce
1 tbsp spicy mustard
1 tbsp grained mustard
salt, pepper
