Grilled zucchini and quick pesto rosso sandwich

A quick, easy and flavouful sandwich (or should I say naanwich) stuffed with grilled zucchini ribbons and a simple vegan pesto rosso sauce.
Ingredients
2 vegan naan breads (or any bread of your choice, flat or not, gluten-free if needed)
1 medium zucchini
2 handfuls salad greens of your choice
6 pieces of oil packed sundried tomatoes, drained
a dozen walnuts
a small garlic clove, peeled and inside sprout removed (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp tomato paste (optional)
