Hearty 5 Seed Vegan Bread

This is a great go-to, everyday type of bread – ideal for breakfast, lunch or snacking. It’s moist on the inside and the seed topping adds a crunchy, toasted flavor on the outside. Nut free + refined sugar free.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup Gluten free flour blend
1/2 cup Millet flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup avocado oil or melted coconut oil
1/3 cup maple syrup
3/4 cup dairy free milk of choice (I used almond)
1 Tbsp flaxseed meal
1 Tbsp chia seeds
6 Tbsp water
1/4 cup mixed seeds – I used pumpkin, sunflower, sesame (other examples include poppy, hemp or more chia)
