Ingredients
Vegetable Oil 1/3 cup
Garlic finely chopped 15 Cloves
1 1/2 inches Piece Ginger, finely chopped
Shallots or Sambhar Onions, minced 6
Kashmiri Red Chilies (soaked in water for half an hour) 23
Gundu Chilies or Bedgi Chilies (soaked for half an hour) 3
Soy Sauce 1 teaspoon
Vinegar 1 teaspoon
Water 1/4 cup
Ketchup 2 tablespoons
Sugar 3 tablespoons
Salt to taste
