Hummus and asparagus toast

These toasts are quick, easy, fresh and delicious! Pile hummus, asparagus and arugula on a slice of your favourite bread, season with lemon juice, olive oil and za’atar, and dinner is ready!
Ingredients
1 slice of rustic-style bread (use GF if needed)
1 tbsp hummus (recipe here, just omit the roasted red pepper)
1 to 2 green asparagus
a few arugula leaves
a squeeze of lemon juice + a glug of good olive oil
1 good pinch za’atar (optional)
