Ingredients
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3 tablespoons dried culinary lavender
1 2/3 cups ricotta (use the whole milk/full fat kind)
3 ounces cream cheese
1 cup whole milk
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. salt
1 cup white chocolate, roughly chopped (I used Ghirardelli)
2 tsp. vodka, optional
