Lean Green Salad with Olive-Greek Dressing

This Lean Green Salad is packed with nutritious veggies and the Olive-Greek dressing…..yum!
Ingredients
Salad:
2 cups chopped sweet green lettuce
1 cup frozen sweet peas, thawed (or fresh)
1 cup shelled edamame
3 stalks celery, chopped
½ cup broccoli florets, chopped (about 1 cup chopped broccoli)
Olive Greek Dressing:
1 teaspoon kalamata olive juice
10 kalamata olives, chopped very fine (using chopper if possible)
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
1 teaspoon agave syrup or honey
½ teaspoon dried oregano
⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
