Ingredients
Red Bell Peppers – 2
Garlic Cloves – 6
Cumin powder – 3/4 teaspoon
Roasted Pecans – 3/4 cup
Red Chili Flakes – 1 teaspoon
Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 1/4 cup
Juice of Lemon – 1/2
Salt to taste
Pumpkin Seeds, Mint and more Olive Oil for topping
