Mexican rice with Salsa

An easy quick fix recipe that is healthy, and delicious.
Ingredients
Cooked long grained rice- 4 cups or 500 gms
Butter- 1 tbsp, melted
Oil- 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
Onion- 1 small, finely chopped
Frozen corn- 1/2 cup
Red kidney beans- 1/2 cup, boiled and drained
Finely chopped Red or orange bell pepper- 2tbsp
Sugar- 1/2 tsp
Roasted habanero salsa or red salsa- 4 tbsp
Coriander leaves to garnish- 2 tbsp
