Oh, how delicious is muesli slice served with a delicious tea! So often though, it’s filled with nasties. This recipe though is as healthy as you’ll get, and yet still has that delicious, gooey, muesli slice taste.
Ingredients
150g spelt flour
1.5 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup mixed fruit
3 chia eggs (3 tablespoons chia soaked in 9 tablespoons water)
3 Tablespoons flaked almonds
125g coconut oil
2 Tablespoons water
80g rice syrup
