A one bowl natural banana bread recipe packed full of flavors and nutrients: bananas, carrots and walnuts. Naturally gluten free, vegan and low fodmap.
Ingredients
3 medium ripe bananas, mashed
1 medium carrot, grated
2 flax eggs (2 tbsp flaxseeds + 6 tbsp warm water)
⅓ cup brown sugar
½ cup rice flour
½ cup potato starch
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ cup finely chopped walnuts (approx. 10 walnuts)
