No Bake Trail Mix Granola Bars

A simple, healthy no-bake chewy granola bar made with oats, honey, coconut oil and trail mix (or a combination of your favorite nuts/seeds/dried fruit). Perfect for snacks, pre or post workouts, or even for breakfast. Easy adaptations to keep these vegan or gluten free if you’d like.

Ingredients

2 cups trail mix (or a combination of your favorite nuts, seeds, and dried fruit)
1 cup rolled oats (gf if appropriate)
1/4 cup honey (or agave)
1/4 cup coconut oil
