Ingredients
2 Cloves of garlic, minced
2 Tbsp Coconut oil, divided
1 tsp Caraway seeds
1 C Quinoa, rinsed
2 C Water
1/2 tsp Salt
2 C Water
1-1/2 C Cooked black beans/ 1 Can, drained and rinsed
1/2 C Cashews, roughly chopped
1/4 C Roughly chopped coriander (cilantro)
1/2 C Inca Berries
