Ingredients
2½ cups old fashioned rolled oats
1½ cups whole wheat pastry flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
¼ cup turbinado sugar, or brown sugar
¾ cup almonds, chopped
½ cup raisins
½ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
2 Tbsp ground flax seed + 2 Tbsp water
⅓ cup coconut oil
¼ cup peanut butter
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
½ cup maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
