Ingredients
2 Bundles/6oz/125 g Noodles (I used Wholewheat Udon)
1 C Shelled edamame
1 tsp Toasted sesame oil
2 Oranges, segmented
1 Avocado, diced
2 Green onions, sliced thinly
Fresh Coriander
DRESSING
1/4 C Fresh orange juice (reserved from the segmenting the oranges)
1 Tbsp Tamari
1 Tbsp Coconut nectar/ Maple syrup
1/2 Tbsp Brown rice vinegar
1/2″ Fresh ginger, minced
Pinch of chili flakes (optional)
