Tempeh becomes tender and sweet after it’s steamed in orange juice. A sticky orange marmalade glaze with ginger and garlic add tons of flavor.
Ingredients
1 8oz package of tempeh
3/4 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons soy sauce, tamari or liquid aminos
2 tablespoons Seville orange marmalade
2 garlic cloves, sliced
1 inch of ginger, sliced
dash of high heat oil
1 orange, sliced for garnish
sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
sriracha if you like it spicy (optional)
Black rice & broccoli for serving
