Pumpkin Pie flavored almonds flavored with REAL pumpkin and all of your favorite fall spices. A little quinoa adds just that extra pop!
Ingredients
2 cups raw almonds
1/4 cup uncooked quinoa
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted, or other neutral oil
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
generous pinch of salt
