30 g / 1/3 cup rolled oats
150 g feta cheese
1 garlic glove
2 tbsp chopped parsley
pinch of salt and pepper
4-5 large carrots
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
Handful of parsley
pumpkin seeds
sprouts
salt and pepper to taste
