Salad:
2 cups spinach (60 grams)
6 cherry tomatoes
1 carrot
½ yellow pepper
½ avocado
¼ red onion
¼ cup blueberries (35 grams)

Dressing:
2 tomatoes
¼ onion
3 leaves of basil
