Ingredients
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into cubes
About 1/2 cup granulated sugar, divided
1 ounce cream cheese, softened at room temperature
2 ounces almond paste
1/8 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. salt
3 ounces fresh raspberries
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed according to the package instruction
2 tablespoons cocoa nibs
