Ingredients
CRUST:
1 c. pecans
1 c. oats (or more pecans if paleo or grain-free)
20 soft dates (you can also substitute about 2 c. raisins)
5 T. cocoa powder
1/2 t. sea salt
1 t. mint extract
1 T. coconut oil, melted
1-3 t. water
MINT CREAM:
2 avocados
1/2 c. coconut oil, melted
1/4 t. sea salt
1/4 c. maple syrup or honey
1 t. lime juice
1 t. vanilla
2 t. mint extract
1 T. water
CHOCOLATE COATING:
1/2 c. cocoa powder
1/4 c. maple syrup or honey
2 T. coconut oil, melted
2 T. water
pinch sea salt
1/2 t. vanilla
1/2 t. mint extract
