These vegan, easy, quick and no-cook berry bars are the perfect summer snack, breakfast or dessert. For a more decadent treat, serve them with coconut whipped cream!
Ingredients
70g whole almonds
5 pitted dates
40 g shredded coconut
2 tbsp coconut oil
5 tbsp water
1/4 tsp ground ginger
100g berries (I used strawberries)
1 tsp chia seeds
