Ingredients
3 dl/1,2 cup raw buckwheat groats + water for soaking
1 banana
2 dl/0,8 cup almonds + hot water for soaking
1 dl/0,4 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
2 Tbsp coconut flakes, unsweetened
Toppings:
2 persimmons
2 Tbsp goji berries, dried
coconut flakes, unsweetened
