Raw Mango Mint Chutney
Fresh and cooling, salty-sweet with a tangy twist! Just what you need to battle the summer heat – raw mango mint chutney.
Ingredients
Raw mango – 200 grams (about 1/2 of a totapuri)
Mint leaves – 1 packed cup of leaves
Coriander leaves – 1/2 packed cup of leaves
Green chilies – 2
Sea salt* – 1/4 teaspoon 0r to taste
Black salt (optional**)– 1/4 teaspoon or to taste
Sugar – 1/2 teaspoon
