A healthy, crunchy salad with a tangy miso and lime dressing.
Ingredients
1/4 red cabbage
2 carrots
2 runner beans
1/4 onion
dressing:
1 tsp mugi miso
1 tsp whole grain mustard
1 tsp of herb infused white wine vinegar (They sell it like this but if you can’t find it just use plain white wine vinegar)
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
A squeeze of lime juice
A pinch of salt
